Whether you’re an individual, or a small business I will come to you and work at your premises. Remote support is available if you are able to download TeamViewer software.

I cover a wide variety of issues from printers that are offline, slow devices to WiFi connectivity. Sometimes it’s just not worth trying to fix old, broken kit so I can also help you upgrade. Routine services such as installing virus protection, disk cleaning and backups can also be covered.

I work mainly with Windows laptops or PCs, but I’m happy to take a look at iPads, iPhones or Android phones/tablets. I run Linux systems at home, so if you’re thinking of making the switch I can get you up and running.

A large part of my job entails gentle hand holding and advising/training. I am used to working with people of all ages and abilities in an empathetic way.

I work on an ad-hoc basis, so there is no retainer to pay. Just call me when you need me.
